I am a fourth year sociology major with a minor in innovation. Outside of research I am involved with Alpha Epsilon Delta Honors Society, the Hispanic Student Association, and the Venezuelan Student Association. I am a University of Florida Excellence Grant Recipient as well as a two time Hispanic Scholarship Fund scholar.

I have been a part of this project since May 2024. The objective of this project is to create an artificial intelligence software that is able to detect pain and declining health status in mice in a manner that is faster and more accurate then a human is able to.
